In order to improve the framework for the compatibility of studying and family and to provide a small amount of financial support, all students who study at the universities supported by the Studentenwerk Frankfurt (Oder) receive a one-time baby welcome for their newborn child in the amount of 50 Euro per parent studying.
The award is based on the available semester fees. There is no legal entitlement to the award of the welcome greeting. The application for the welcome greeting must be submitted in writing within the first 6 months after the birth of the child using the → Form at the Studentenwerk.
