In the week from 07.04.2026 – 10.04.2026, our local offices in Frankfurt (Oder) will be partially closed for technical reasons. Availability by telephone and correspondence by e-mail is still guaranteed. The BAföG department will have office hours on site on Tuesday, 07.04.2026, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00. You will find the service point in Frankfurt (Oder) this week at our stand directly in front of the canteen.
Studierendenwerk Ost:Brandenburg is responsible for organizing the social infrastructure at the universities in southern and eastern Brandenburg. We are operating catering facilities, student homes and we are taking care of the educational grants, particularly the implementation of the Federal Training Assistance Act. We also offer financial loans and consultation in the social and cultural sector.
With this range of services, the Studierendenwerk is an important part of the German university system for more equal opportunities and efficiency in studies.
